About Nars

First and foremost, Welcome!!  My name is Nars Buenaventura and I am a self certified “Car Nut“!!  I will be sharing with you all various topics that I have/am encountering that are related to the local automotive industry we have in Tyler, Texas.  I will cover it all!!  Cars, trucks, SUV’s, diesels, drag racing, road course, car shows, just to name a few.

But before I get into that, let me take a moment to tell you about me.  I have been a “Tylerite” since 1992 when my family relocated here from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.  I met my wife, Nakia, here and we have been married now for 8 years.  We have 3 beautiful children:  Maddux, Braxton and Tharyn.  As we go through various stages of our lives, our preferences have also changed.  Prior to having children, we never worried about space for booster seats, rear dvd, navigation, ONSTAR and space for baseball equipment.  As most of you with families understand, we have to be open minded when deciding amongst several choices.
